ABOUT ME

As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and young adults manage and overcome the challenges of OCD and anxiety-related disorders. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which are proven to be highly effective in treating these conditions.

I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their concerns and develop the skills needed to regain control over their thoughts and behaviors. My goal is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives by equipping them with the tools to manage anxiety and build lasting resilience.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to opening up my own practice, I was the lead clinician in the OCD Intensive Treatment Program at the Child Mind Institute, I provided individualized Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, helping clients manage their OCD symptoms and regain control of their lives.

Before that, I worked as a school social worker, where I provided counseling to students struggling with learning and behavioral challenges, helping them build the skills they needed to thrive both academically and emotionally. My experience has allowed me to support  individuals in both clinical and educational settings, fostering resilience and lasting growth.

In addition to private practice, I work as a therapist at InStride Health, an insurance-based, specialty practice delivering life-changing anxiety and OCD care for kids, teens, young adults (ages 7-22), and their families.
